Developers Limited (PDL) has
formed a subsidiary entity,
Parsvnath Hotels Limited (PHL).
PHL would develop
world-class hotels in
leisure, business and
religious segments all over
India. In our first phase of
development, we have
finalised 20 hotel and
serviced apartment projects
all over India under
different star categories in
stand alone and mixed use
model. These hotels and
serviced apartments would
have an inventory of about
2700 rooms. We have
finalised 8 five star
projects in the cities of
Indore, Jodhpur, Chandigarh,
Goa, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad,
and Kochi. Kochi has two
projects (airport & beach).
We have finalised 2 four
star projects in the cities
of Lucknow & Mohali and 3
three star projects in the
cities of Shirdi, Ujjain,
Delhi (Seelampur). We have
finalised 2 serviced
apartments; one each in
Chandigarh and Bhiwadi. PDL
is also developing Special
Economic Zones (SEZ) in
different parts of the
country. PHL has finalised
serviced apartments in 5 SEZ
projects of Dehradun,
Gurgaon, Indore, Kochi and
Hyderabad.
The construction work has
already started in 6
projects located at Shirdi,
Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Mohali,
Hyderabad and Bhiwadi. The
roll out would start from
the second half of 2009.

These Hotels would be
located on prime sites,
whether it be a commercial
centre, or in the midst of
the most frequented part of
the city. The hotels would
offer stylish accommodation
with multiple restaurants,
bar and leisure facility at
most of the locations.
Hotels located at Shirdi and
Ujjain would be managed
keeping in view the
religious sentiments of the
guests and offer complete
vegetarian meals.
The hotels décor and
ambience would revolve
around the phenomena of
“Enlightened Stay” where the
new age traveller would feel
delighted and at ease. These
hotels would be most
contemporary in their design
and invoke feelings of
luxury and comfort.
We have tied up with two
leading Indian hotel chains,
namely Fortune Park Hotels
Ltd., a subsidiary of ITC
Ltd. and Royal Orchid Hotels
to manage and operate our
hotels.
ITC’s Fortune Park Hotels
Ltd. (FPHL) was set up in
1995. FPHL now manages 23
operating hotels and many
more hotels in various
stages of completion. FPHL
operates through the
following brands:

ITC’s FPHL would manage and
