The 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, September 24, 2010 at 3:30 p.m. at Air Force Auditorium, Subroto Park, New Delhi – 110010.

The date, time and venue for the last three Annual General Meetings were as under:
 

1. Increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company and consequential alteration of Memorandum of Association of the Company (As an Ordinary Resolution)
2. Raising of additional long- term funds through further issuance of Securities including by way of Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP). (As a Special Resolution)
3. Approval for increase in the limit of 24% for holding by registered Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) upto 40%. (As a Special Resolution)
