Parsvnath
Developers
Limited has
recently
signed a
Memorandum
of
Understanding
(MoU) with
the
Ahmedabad
Municipal
Corporation
(AMC). Under
the aegis of
this
momentous
MoU,
Parsvnath
will
undertake
the
development
and
construction
of a gamut
of real
estate
projects
including
townships,
commercial
complexes,
multiplexes,
hotel, etc.,
in Ahmedabad
(Gujarat).
Parsvnath
proposes to
execute the
projects in
the state
involving an
investment
of
approximately
Rs. 1,050
crores. Of
this the
company
already has
projects
worth Rs.
500 crores
in hand for
the
immediate
development
and
construction
of a mall,
multiplex
and hotel at
Vijalpur,
Ahmedabad; a
mall and
multiplex at
Vastrapur,
Ahmedabad.
The company
will also
give direct
employment
to over 350
employees at
these
projects.
In order
to enable
PARSVNATH
DEVELOPERS
LTD to
implement
the above
project(s),
AMC would
facilitate
PARSVNATH
DEVELOPERS
LTD to
obtain
necessary
permissions/
registration
from
concerned
departments
of the State
and Central
Government
and would
also help to
avail
incentives
under
various
schemes
announced by
the State/
Central
Government,
wherever
applicable
for
establishing
and
efficient
running of
the
townships,
group
housing and
commercial
complexes,
multiplexes
and hotel.
Parsvnath
will
complete the
proposed
projects by
January 2013
in phased
manner.
